just suddenly have this feeling that, i'm not cut out to be a sfma proj leader.

i don't feel that i'm up to standard and i can meet the expectations of my sup and mine.

it's so hard trying to juggle r/s and to get things done at the same time.

it's so hard to meet deadlines.

it's so hard to organize things and plan them out properly.

it's so hard to work and think properly without having enough rest.

it's so hard trying to make things work out properly and as expected.

it's so hard to get things done at such a short period of time.

i feel so lost sometimes.

sometimes i wonder if i made the right decision.

low confidence is all i feel for now =(
